ABC has cast two key leads in a pair of its comedy pilots.

Jason Biggs has been cast in Charlie Foxtrot, while Natalie Morales will lead the cast of Losing It, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

Charlie Foxtrot revolves around Captain Charlie Taylor (Biggs), a cautious, lovable dentist stationed at Fort Bragg who promises to look after his brother’s impulsive fiancée and her two misfit teens while his brother is deployed in Iraq.

American Housewife's Sam Sklaver will pen the script and executive produce the ABC Studios single-camera comedy alongside Kapital Entertainment's Aaron Kaplan and Dana Honor. Todd Holland will also exec produce and direct the pilot.

For Biggs, Charlie Foxtrot marks his return to live-action series-regular television following his role as Larry on Netflix's Orange Is the New Black. He also voices Leonardo on the animated series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and counts the American Pie franchise among his credits. Biggs is repped by UTA and Management 360.

Morales, meanwhile, will star in Losing It, ABC's single-camera comedy about three adult siblings and their parents who — between their minds, their marriages, their freedom and life — are all losing it in different ways. The actress will play Charlie, the family's adopted sister who works as a baker.

Up All Night's DJ Nash will pen the script and exec produce the ABC Studios comedy alongside Kapital Entertainment's Kaplan and Honor. Julie Anne Robinson will also exec produce and direct the pilot.

Morales' credits include Fox's The Grinder and NBC's Parks and Recreation. Her casting in Losing It brings her back to the network where she co-starred on Trophy Wife. Morales is repped by CAA and Bleeker Street Entertainment.
