A nice blend

Creative communications agency Citizen Relations has acquired New York- and Hollywood-based lifestyle agency The Narrative Group. TNG will continue to operate under its own name and be led by co-founders Jackie Lann Brockman and Stacey Heuser, who will report to new Citizen Relations CEO Jim Joseph.

“Our two firms have worked together several times over the past eight years, so it’s no surprise we realized a lot of synergy between the two agencies right from the beginning,” Citizen Relations chair Daryl McCullough said in a statement. “This partnership gives clients at both agencies an offering built on our collective strengths and innovation.”

TNG’s clients include McDonald’s, General Motors and Pernod Ricard. “This partnership is very exciting for the future of our firms and builds on a relationship we’ve enjoyed for years,” Heuser said in a statement. “The acquisition fits perfectly in our plans to scale up the agency in the U.S. and beyond its borders, while broadening the offering we can bring to our fantastic clients.”
