Screenings are limited to AMPAS and guild members and invited guests only. Screening information is provided by distributors. New or updated listing information for the Awards Screening Guide should be submitted to asg@hollywoodreporter.com. Please send your listings grouped by film title and make sure you include a RSVP phone number, e-mail address, or link to an online form. Also, please include the street address for all theaters. All online screening information will be continuously updated. Updates should be submitted no later than two days before to the screening to ensure that the correct information is displayed prior to the screening.
