The Oscar nominated editors drew a packed crowd to Grauman's Hollywood Egyptian Theatre for the American Cinema Editors' annual "Invisible Art/Visible Artists" event.
American Cinema Editors' 14th annual "Invisible Art/Visible Artists" panel filled the 650-seat Grauman's Hollywood Egyptian Theatre on Saturday.
Moderator and ACE vp Stephen Rivkin, an Oscar nominee for Avatar, introduced the panelists as "the winners of the Academy Award nominations," and the crowd responded with enthusiastic applause.
Oscar nominated editors on the panel -- who posed for the photo above -- included (top, from left) Mark Sanger, who co-edited Gravity with director Alfonso Cuaron; Captain Phillips' Christopher Rouse; 12 Years a Slave's Joe Walker; (bottom, from left) Martin Pensa, who co-edited Dallas Buyers Club; director Jean-Marc Vallee (under the pseudonym John Mac McMurphy); and American Hustle's Crispin Struthers, Alan Baumgarten and Jay Cassidy.
An ACE luncheon followed at Musso & Frank Grill.
