The song debuted at No. 1 on this week's Hot 100 chart, giving Lopez her first top 10 hit since 2003's "All I Have."
Riding high on her top 10 debut on this week's Hot 100 chart (at No. 9), Jennifer Lopez premiered her new video for "On the Floor" during Thursday night's episode of American Idol. [Read the episode recap here.]
Debuting at roughly 9:50 p.m. -- just several minutes before the episode's wild-card elimination results -- "On the Floor" elicited a response from Idol host Ryan Seacrest regarding J.Lo's abs. Indeed, the singer's 41-year-old toned body is on display as she shakes it in the clip's pumping club setting.
Switching from a bejeweled, sheer body suit to gold formal gown to a bra and harem pants, Lopez is looking at her finest in "On the Floor," with collaborator Pitbull bringing the swank as well.
"On the Floor" is the lead single off Lopez's April 19 album, Love? and is the first top 10 for Lopez since 2003's "All I Have," with a No. 9 on Billboard's Hot 100 this week.
