A&E's 'The Beast' ratings soft

Patrick Swayze's A&E drama "The Beast" (2.4 million, 0.8 adults 18-49 rating) was down 20% in the adult demo from the network's last scripted premiere, July's "The Cleaner."
Compared to the most recent premiere of its lead-in "The First 48," "Beast" was down 27% in the demo. Still, "Beast" matched the total viewers of last night's "First 48."
Over on VH1: "Celebrity Rehab Presents: Sober House" (1.1 million, 0.7) was down 13% from "Tool Acdemy" and off 13% from October's premiere for "Celebrity Rehab 2."
