Bravo renews two 'Housewives,' reunion sets record
6:27 AM PST 11/30/2010 by James Hibberd
Exclu: Bravo is renewing two of its "Real Housewives" hits for additional seasons as Wednesday night's "New Jersey" reunion sets a ratings record.
As expected, "New Jersey" will be returning for a third season next year, while "New York" will be back for a fourth round.
The news comes on the heels of Monday night's drama-filled "Real Housewives of New Jersey" reunion show.
Part One of the episode, which features all the cast in the same room for the first time this season, drew a steep 3.9 million viewers. That's the highest-rated single telecast ever in the key demos in "Real Housewives" franchise history, as well as the most-watched episode of the season.
The network has also announced the cast for its upcoming Beverly Hills edition.
