Brian Austin Green, Harold Perrineau Join TBS' 'Wedding Band' Pilot

Brian Austin Green and Lost star Harold Perrineau have signed on to star in TBS pilot, The Wedding Band.

Band is an hourlong comedy that centers on a group of guys who try to escape the stress and chaos of their lives by performing in a wedding band. Led by best buddies — a bachelor and a married father of two — the band will not let anything get in the way of making each event memorable.

The project, which comes from FremantleMedia is executive produced by Tollin Productions (Smallville). Josh Lobis (South Park) and Darin Moiselle (South Park) penned the pilot and will serve as exec producers. Bryan Gordon (Curb Your Enthusiasm) will direct and co-exec produce the pilot.

Peter Cambor (NCIS: Los Angeles) and Derek Miller (Secret Girlfriend) will also star in the pilot.

Green, who is remembered from Beverly Hills, 90210, has been on Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles and the most recent season of Desperate Housewives.

In addition to Lost, Perrineau has starred in Oz, The Unusuals and I’ll Fly Away, as well as a turn in Baz Luhrmann’s Romeo + Juliet.
