CBS Casts 'Cloverfield' Star T.J. Miller in 'The Assistants'

Cloverfield star T.J. Miller has been cast as one of the title characters in the CBS pilot, The Assistants.
Miller will play D.J., one of four assistants who works for a celebrity couple. The three remaining co-leads have not been cast yet.
The multicamera comedy is from executive producer Tucker Cawley, whose credits include Everybody Loves Raymond, Men of a Certain Age and Parks and Recreation. Eric and Kim Tannenbaum of The Tannenbaum Co. and CBS Studios will also exec produce.
CBS picked up The Assistants pilot earlier this month.
Miller has previously appeared in My Idiot Brother, Gulliver's Travels and Yogi Bear.
