Five truly terrible Super Bowl ads (video)

5. CareerBuilder.com's "Follow Your Heart." Gory, gross and sort of disturbing. Though I suppose the ad gets its point across, it's tough to take advice from an ill-advised ad.

4. Just For Feet's "Kenya Mission." You can try to argue it's not racist. You can't argue it's not stupid.

3. Bud Light's "Candle Light." Few companies understand Super Bowl advertising better than Budweiser, so this must have market-tested well among certain consumers to make it on the air. But, whatever, still hate it.

2. Cash4Gold's "Heeeere's Money." Ed McMahon going out classy in a characteristically ultra-obnoxious Cash4Gold ad. Aired just a few months before he died. Oh, and hey ya'll, why don't you put gold in an envelope and send it through the mail? What could go wrong?

1. SalesGenie's "Pandas." It's like the result of an "Office" sketch where Michael Scott writes a Super Bowl ad. In fact, this stereotype throwback was indeed written by the company's own chairman and chief executive, who later apologized for it, saying his executives all liked it.
