Fox Gives Pilot Order to Tim Kring Drama
7:17 PM PST 1/18/2011 by Philiana Ng
Fox has given a pilot order to Heroes creator Tim Kring's Touch.
The hourlong drama centers on a father who discovers his autistic, mute son can actually predict events before they happen.
Kring will executive produce and write. Peter Chernin and Katherine Pope also serve as executive producers.
Touch, from Chernin Entertainment and Twentieth Century Fox Television, was developed as a spec script.
No director or cast is attached yet.
Earlier on Tuesday, Fox picked up a comedy pilot from Rob Thomas.
