NBC moves 'School Pride'
NBC is shifting the launch of its new fall reality series "School Pride."
The Friday-night school-makeover show is being moved back three weeks to Oct. 15. Two-hour "Dateline" episodes will air on Fridays instead.
The move gets "Pride" out of the way of the traditional late September premiere week deluge of new shows and allows NBC breathing room to layer its messaging.
Last month, NBC announced it would give "Parenthood" and "Outlaw" an earlier start after the final episodes of "America's Got Talent." "Parenthood" debuts Sept. 14 and "Outlaw" is Sept. 15.
