Te Amo Productions is adapting Eckhart Tolle’s best-selling book A New Earth into a feature.

The project is missing one important element: A screenwriter.

In order to find its scribe, the production banner is conducting a nationwide search.

New Earth is a self-help book that asks its readers to live their lives in each present moment and to create happiness for themselves without emphasizing material possessions.

In 2008, the book was selected for Oprah's Book Club, and has gone on to sell 6 million copies in North America.

Lleju Productions is also producing the project, along with The Visioneering Group.
