FAQs for Paid Print + Digital All Access and Digital All Access subscribers to The Hollywood Reporter Daily Edition
Subscribers are notified via e-mail when a new Daily Edition is available for viewing. In order to receive your Daily Edition notification e-mail, you must be a subscriber and have your e-mail address on file with us.
If you are not receiving this e-mail, we may not have your e-mail address. If you are a subscriber to The Hollywood Reporter, but have not received your Daily Edition notification, you can send an e-mail with your full name and zip code to: [email protected]. I gave you my e-mail address, but I'm still not receiving the Daily Edition - what should I do?
All e-mail notifications from The Hollywood Reporter's Daily Edition are sent from [email protected] Please ensure that your e-mail client or mail server has this address white-listed and/or add this address to your contact list. If that doesn't work, contact the web product team.
My subscription is part of a group subscription - what should I do?
You can contact the individual at your company who is responsible for managing the bulk subscription list for The Hollywood Reporter. Or you can follow the instructions for individual subscribers and provide us with your company name. Once we have your e-mail address, you should start receiving the Daily Edition notifications.
