Christina Aguilera Attends Cee Lo Green’s First Las Vegas Show
The pop diva supported her fellow "Voice" coach at his opening night show at Planet Hollywood.
It looks like once you’re family on The Voice, you’re family forever.
Even though Cee Lo Green and Christina Aguilera won’t be returning for season four of the NBC singing-competition show, the two seem to still be close, with Aguilera supporting Green at his first Las Vegas show on Feb. 27.
The pop diva attended the opening night of Cee Lo Green Is Loberace at Planet Hollywood. Green’s 90-minute Vegas show features the eccentric singer performing powerful covers of music that inspire him, from Rod Stewart to INXS, as well as songs of his own, including “Bright Lights Bigger City,” “Crazy” and “Forget You.”
Aguilera attended the performance with her boyfriend Matthew Rutler and sat in the front row. After the show, she waited for the Vegas headliner backstage in his green room to congratulate him and later, they went to celebrate at Chateau Nightclub.
Green’s shows run through April at Planet Hollywood. Wednesday through Friday shows begin at 11 p.m. and Saturday shows kick off at midnight.
NBC’s The Voice will return for season four on March 25, with Shakira and Usher taking the two vacant seats.
