Deadmau5 Announces New Album, Premieres Snippet of Gerard Way Collaboration (Video)

Dance music titan Deadmau5 has announced his new album, > album title goes here <, due out Sept. 25 on Ultra Records. The latest effort by the Toronto-based DJ features collaborators Cypress Hill, Imogen Heap and My Chemical Romance singer Gerard Way, who appears on first single “Professional Griefers.”

Already seeing support from leading rock stations such as Los Angeles’ KROQ, the track premiered during Deadmau5's headlining slot at Lollapalooza last weekend and goes to radio on Aug. 14. On Thursday, Aug. 9, the mouse-eared EDM icon released a snippet of its forthcoming video which features Way and was created by Dave Stewart’s Weapons of Mass Entertainment production company (watch it below).
