Watch James Taylor Sing on a Seesaw With Jimmy Fallon

“I’m so high I touch the clouds, you’re so low you touch the ground. From up here, the world seems small; we’re just two James Taylors on a seesaw."

How much James Taylor is too much? Apparently, two James Taylors is just perfect.

The veteran singer took part in an endearing performance with Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show, with the late-night host playing a doppelganger of his guest.

The pair sang a song, "Two James Taylors on a Seesaw," while, you guessed it, seated opposite one another on a seesaw.

With lyrics like this, the song has all the hallmarks of a Taylor classic: “I’m so high I touch the clouds, you’re so low you touch the ground. From up here, the world seems small; we’re just two James Taylors on a seesaw."

Taylor has good reason to feel jovial right now. His new studio effort, Before This World — his first original album since 2002’s October Road — is shaping up as a chart-topper on the Billboard 200.
