The clip was revealed Friday by director Ashley Smith (who goes by the name “Ash Innovator”), and features a mini-Kanye strutting his stuff throughout midtown Manhattan. Joining the pint-sized rapper is a blonde model and a parade of political imitators, including Sarah Palin, Ronald Reagan, Condoleezza Rice, George W. Bush and even Donald Trump. Notably absent from the video (aside from West himself) is Kim Kardashian, whose romance with the rapper is famously referenced in the lyrics.

West changed the name of his latest track, originally titled “Theraflu,” when the medicine company complained. Even still, the new video features a prominent bottle of the warming syrup as it is poured straight into a woman’s open mouth. Take that, Theraflu.
