Adele, Death Cab, Kid Rock Perform on 'Live From the Artists Den's' Season 4 (Exclusive Video)
The intimate performance show premieres its fourth season on Friday and also features The Fray, Iron and Wine, and Amos Lee with special guests Calexico.
Grammy-winner Adele appears on the fourth season premiere of live performance show, Live from the Artists Den, airing Friday.
"We kick off with a rare, intimate look at Adele, the biggest star in music this year, and we made history by filming Kid Rock inside Elvis Presley’s Graceland in Memphis, the world’s most famous rock and roll landmark,” says Artists Den’s Creator and Executive Producer Mark Lieberman. “Generous invitations from historic locations in Atlanta, Tucson, and more helped inspire our best season yet.
In addition to Adele and Kid Rock, the New York-based live performance show’s fourth season artists include The Fray, Death Cab for Cutie, Iron and Wine, and Amos Lee with special guests Calexico. Plus, Director of Programming Alan Light is back to interview the artists at each show.
On the premiere episode, Adele performs several of her hits including "Rolling in the Deep,” "Someone Like You,” and "Chasing Pavements" in addition to a cover of the soul classic "(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman."
“I love the closeness of playing in small rooms, and this room was lovely and simple, just beautiful,” says Adele during her show’s taping at Santa Monica Bay’s Woman’s Club just days after her critically acclaimed album, 21, dropped. "Nothing in life moves me as much as being on stage does.”
Live From the Artists Den airs on public television (check your local listings) and digitally on Hulu, Pandora, and Vevo. For more information, visit the series’ website.
