Macy Gray's New Song "B.O.B" Is About Her Vibrator

"He can go all night, dark until the light and we stop when I want to," Gray sings in the tune.

Macy Gray released an old-school sounding album last fall with Booker T. Jones of the legendary Stax band Booker T. and the MG's, but her newest track shows she's a very modern woman. The singer made famous for 1999's "I Try" is back with a new song, and the subject matter is very specific — her vibrator, of all things.

The love letter to her favorite little buddy is called "B.O.B" and was released with an adorable animated lyric video. As the song explains, Bob is not just her vibrator's name, but also an acronym: "B - is for battery, O - operated, B - is for better 'cuz he's not complicated."

Throughout it all, the cartoon vibrator dances across a bedroom, while Gray sweetly croons about the benefits of this sort of one-sided love affair. For example: "He can go all night, dark until the light and we stop when I want to / He's always the same, he never complains when I want another."
