Madonna Releases Single 'I Don't Give A' From Upcoming Album 'MDNA' (Audio)

As we previously reported, Madonna takes a Taylor Swift-esque swipe at a famous ex in her new track, "I Don't Give A," off her forthcoming album MDNA.

The Material Mom has released a preview of the song, and yes, the lyrics appear to take aim at the singer's ex-husband, Guy Ritchie, featuring a rap cameo by Nicki Minaj.

"I tried to be a good girl/I tried to be your wife/Diminished myself/And I swallowed my light/I tried to become all/That you expect of me/And if it was a failure/I don’t give a [bleep]," she sings, while Minaj declares: "There's only one queen, and that's Madonna."

Another sample lyric: "You were so mad at me / who's got custody / lawyers / suck it up / didn't have a prenup." And in the midst of marital drama, there was, she croons, "no time for a manicure."

Madonna and Ritchie divorced in 2008 after eight years of marriage. They share custody of sons Rocco Ritchie, 12, and David Banda, adopted from Malawi four years ago. The Sherlock Holmes director welcomed a son with girlfriend Jacqui Ainsley last September; Madonna is mother to Lourdes "Lola" Leon, 15, with ex-boyfriend Carlos Leon.

MDNA drops March 26 following a promotional lead-up including a spectacular Super Bowl halftime performance and the release of the new singles "Girl Gone Wild," "Give Me All Your Luvin" and "I F----d Up." Her publicist, Liz Rosenberg, declined THR's request for comment on those apparently Guy-targeted lyrics on "I Don't Give A."

"She has not explained the lyrics and if they are about someone specifically. I appreciate that people will speculate," Rosenberg said.
