One Direction Releases 'Live While We're Young' Clip Early (Video)
The Brit boyband goes on an outdoor adventure in their newly released music video.
One Direction is having some fun in the sun -- at least in their newly-released music video for “Live While We’re Young,” revealed more than a week earlier than anticipated via the band’s VEVO channel.
The music video – perfect for summer, despite its fall release – shows the Brit boyband emerging from a tent to embark on an outdoor adventure, complete with rope swinging, off-roading and water activities. The fun-filled day culminates with a nighttime soccer match-meets-dance party.

The visuals pair perfectly with the poppy, up-tempo track, which encourages fans to go “crazy, crazy, crazy, 'till we see the sun.”
The video was slated to debut in early October, but hit the net early after a one-minute clip leaked Thursday morning. Though the leak was quickly removed from YouTube, the band responded by unveiling their official video, instead.
The track, which features lead vocals from Zayn Malik, has quickly become one of the fastest selling pre-order singles in history, according to Idolator. “Live While We’re Young” will be featured on the group’s sophomore album, Take Me Home, due out in November.

"We wrote an absolutely cracking song that we're all kind of very excited about," band member Niall Horan told MTV News in August. The track paired the band with songwriters Savan Kotecha, Rami Yacoub and Carl Falk, the same team behind their hits “One Thing” and “What Makes You Beautiful.”
