Taylor Swift is setting her sights on a West Coast and East Coast takeover in anticipation of the release for her fifth album, 1989.

The 24-year-old singer will close down Hollywood Boulevard on Thursday, Oct. 23, for a special outdoor concert performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, which tapes next to the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood. Swift will also be panel guest on the ABC late-night show.

A Hollywood Boulevard shutdown is usually reserved for big-name musical acts. Most recently Justin Timberlake and Paul McCartney performed in front of thousands last September for their Kimmel appearances.

On Monday, Oct. 27, the day 1989 is being released, Swift will appear on Good Morning America for an interview with Robin Roberts. Four days later, she will take the stage on Thursday, Oct. 30, for a GMA concert, performing songs from the new album.

Continuing the Disney-ABC synergy, Swift is also slated to appear on The View on Wednesday, Oct. 29. It is unclear whether she will sing.

Swift is also scheduled for an appearance and performance on CBS' Late Show With David Letterman on Tuesday, Oct. 28.

Earlier this week, Swift released her newest song, "Out of the Woods," which was co-penned by fun. guitarist Jack Antonoff. A sneak preview of the track debuted on GMA.

The first single from the album, "Shake It Off," has topped 2 million downloads since its August release and hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
