Wango Tango 2012: Chiddy Bang Share Excitement for Upcoming Tour With Wiz Khalifa (Video)
The hip-hop duo hits the red carpet to talk radio hits and upcoming projects with THR.
As hip-hop duo Chiddy Bang prepares to hit the road with Wiz Khalifa for the Under the Influence of Music summer tour, the group first hit the stage to perform at the 15th annual KIIS-FM radio show, Wango Tango.
Speaking with The Hollywood Reporter on the red carpet, Chidera "Chiddy" Anamege and Noah "Xaphoon Jones" Beresin talked touring, radio hits and their long awaited new album, Breakfast.

"Pretty much we’re gearing up to go on tour with Wiz Khalifa, Kendrick Lamar and Mack Miller, so that’s exciting for us," Beresin told THR.
The nine-city tour kicks off in Cincinnati, OH on July 26 and will also feature artists Schoolboy Q and Chevy Wood. Tickets, which are currently on sale, were cheekily made available on April 20, a.k.a. the unofficial stoner holiday, at 4:20 p.m. through TicketMaster.com and LiveNation.com.
This won't be the first time the duo have worked with Wiz, having previously collaborated on the Big Sean track "High" off his 2011 Finally Famous album.
Chiddy Bang's current single "Ray Charles," which was released in November 2011, has recently seen a surge in more radio airtime since the album dropped on February 21. The song is an homage to the legendary R&B muscian.
"We took a lot of time to work on the album Breakfast and get everything right with that," Anamege said.

Other singles off the album include the upbeat "Mind your Manners," which supports the overall theme of the mealtime-titled album, and "Handclaps & Guitars."
The experimental pair also revealed that they recently formed a side band called Mom Hat and that Chiddy Bang will release a new mixtape in the summer.
"I don’t want to speak about it, but it’s the craziest," Anamege said. "It’s summer music. We make the best music of the summer.”
When asked if audiences can expect to hear more of their signature sampling styles on the tape, Beresin provided suspense, saying: "He doesn't want to talk about it, he wants to be about it... We cant give it away."
