It's a Girl for Gucci's Frida Giannini
The Italian luxury label's creative director welcomes her first child — monogrammed baby booties are expected.

A very stylish stork just flew the coop. On Saturday, Gucci creative director Frida Giannini welcomed daughter Greta — her first — with husband Patrizio di Marco, who serves as chairman and CEO of the Italian luxury house.
The hardworking head of Gucci was out and about until she popped, taking a bow on the brand's fall 2013 runway on February 20.
A Gucci rep says that "mother and baby are doing well."
