'Harry Potter's' Clemence Posey, Mark Ronson Help Open G-Star Raw Beverly Hills Boutique
"The American" director Anton Corbijn, "True Blood's" Ryan Kwantan and "Community's" Joel McHale also attended the Dec. 6 soiree.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows actress Clemence Posey, DJ and music producer Mark Ronson and The American director Anton Corbijn helped open G-Star Raw's new Beverly Hills boutique Tuesday night.
Posey was introduced at the event as the face of the denim brand's Spring/Summer 2012 ad campaign, which launches in January. Corbijn shot the photos for the advertisements that also feature Vincent Gallo.
Sporting an urban pompadour and bright blue sports coat, Ronson spun tunes for two hours. His playlist mixed hip-hop, electronica and dance floor classics like Missy Elliot's "Work It," DJ Kool's "Let Me Clear My Throat" and Prince's "Erotic City." Ronson also played selections from his Record Collection album, including set closer "Somebody to Love Me."

With about 30 minutes left in his appearance, Ronson gave a nod to his friend Amy Winehouse with a spin of "Rehab." Ronson produced the British singer's Back to Black album, and along with Salaam Remi, put together Winehouse's posthumous album Lioness: Hidden Treasures.
In addition to displaying clothes, the G-Star Raw store opening featured a slideshow of rarely seen snapshots of rock and roll giants like David Bowie, Bono and Mick Jagger, as well as a meticulously crafted denim art installation of items like a concrete mixer and a racehorse headgear.
True Blood actors Ryan Kwanten and Kevin Alejandro, Community's Joel McHale, and Mischa Barton were among the guests at the event.
