The red carpet darling may look like she has the perfect body. But even she needs some help now and then.Theron reveals in W that she often wears chicken cutlets -- otherwise known as silicone bust boosters --  that got their name because they bear a striking resemblance to raw chicken breasts.

"I wear those," the Dior spokesmodel cheerfully admitted in the mag's Movie Issue. The topic came up when she was discussing the artificial bust boosters she wore to play Mavis in Adult.  ''If you don’t have boobs, you wear those cutlets."

Wearing the cutlets was actually her idea. "I heard a story of a girl who was on a date, started making out, and thought, 'Oh, he’s going to touch the cutlets!' So she went to the bathroom to take them off, but her purse was too small to put them in there. I always thought that was a funny image, a woman not knowing what to do with these things that you stick onto your boobs. It’s just the most bizarre, unsexy thing there is—so I added that to Mavis."

Actually, many Hollywood actresses wear chicken cutlets for big events. Except maybe Mad Men star Christina Hendricks or Sofia Vergara, the well-endowed star of Modern Family. But few celebs are confident -- or honest -- enough to admit it. 

We looked closely, and we don't see any cutlets on Theron tonight.
