Golden Globes Fashion: Sofia Vergara Shows Off Her 'Guns and Cake' in Vera Wang Gown

Sofia Vergara, the sultry-without-even-trying star of Modern Family was her usual Latin bombshell self at the Golden Globes on Sunday night, in a navy blue strapless Vera Wang gown, Harry Winston chandelier earrings (they're baaaack!) and side-parted long hair.

She told reporters that this was the first time she actually worked out for an awards show and then made a muscle to show off her toned arms. "Guns and cake," she explained rubbing her middle when she said "cake." We don't see any cake anywhere on her -- but whatever.

As for why she chose another Vera Wang gown: "They zip and they close. I don't have to have long fittings or fittings to transform (them) into my body." 

We think that translates to Vera Wang makes gowns for Sofia's amazing figure.
