Kelly Osbourne chose a rather -- how shall we put this? -- mature-looking teal blue box sleeve gown from Zac Posen's Pre-Fall 2012 collection. One word: Yikes.

She also sported Vhernier’s 18 K white gold ring with pave diamonds and 18K Mini Calla white gold earrings. But it was the blue hue tint in her dyed gray hair that was creepy. Did she match her hair color to her dress or vice versa?

On air during the red carpet arrivals, she told her E! co-hostess Guliana Rancic that she actually had a teary moment when she first put the dress on. "I had never felt so pretty before." Seriously?

Osbourne, who has been doing the red carpet commentary on E! for some time now, usually looks a lot younger and hipper than this.
