Post-Oscar Cleanup: Jennifer Lawrence Dyes Her Hair Black, Ben Affleck Shaves His Beard
The best actress winner waited until after the big night to make her locks dark again, while the "Argo" director said goodbye to his facial hair right in the hallway of Craig's restaurant.
Jennifer Lawrence has worn a lot of hair colors to a lot of different awards shows. But apparently, to the Oscars, she wanted to wear her real color: blonde. So Monday, after she took home the award for best actress, the 22-year-old star headed to the Rossano Ferretti salon (345 N. Canon Dr., Beverly Hills) to sit down with colorist-to-the-stars Lorri Goddard, who recently took up residence there. Lawrence returned to her Silver Linings Playbook dark, dark hair, which apparently is the favored shade of Katniss Everdeen right now.

Goddard is a famed celebrity colorist who's worked with Drew Barrymore, Madonna, Brad Pitt, the Olsens and almost every actress in Hollywood. She was at Neil George Salon for years, then Prive', and now has moved on to Rossano Ferretti. Lawrence was spotted leaving there in black day clothes and matte, black, round sunglasses by Leisure Society. She also had a big Oscar-winning smile on her face. Did every producer in the world call with an offer today? Probably, yes.

Meanwhile, reports are emerging that Ben Affleck shaved off his lucky Argo beard last night at an after, afterparty at Craig's restaurant on Melrose. He plugged in right in the hallway and probably was thinking, "I guess I don't need a lucky bead anymore." But a source exclusively tells THR that he shaved because "his family was tired of the beard." Now, let's see if producer George Clooney loses his beard in the light of Argo's best picture win.
