Jennifer Lopez's Doesn't Wear Chanel While on Game Show With Karl Lagerfeld
The singer sat next to the designer, but decided to wear Zuhair Murad.
Is Chanel too ladylike for bombshell Jennifer Lopez?
She does have a penchant for wearing nude colored clingy clothes for high fashion events -- the body taking the precedence over the dress. But one would think if she was cast on a German game show with Karl Lagerfeld and she just went to his Chanel spring 2013 show -- she would certainly be wearing Chanel!
But -- she wasn't.
On the German game show called "Wetten dass?" -- which means "Bet That . . . " -- on which Lopez and Lagerfeld both made appearances -- and were seated side by side -- she donned a long sleeved nude colored beaded dress by Lebanese designer Zuhair Murad.
When the release went out with JLo seated next to Germany's fashion kaiser supreme -- in another designer's dress -- pundits like us have stop and to wonder: what was she thinking? What was Karl thinking?
Perhaps his thoughts were, "Note to PR: Do not invite La Lopez to anymore Chanel shows."
Or more likely, knowing Lagerfeld: "What is that thing she's wearing?" Her thoughts? "Maybe I should have at least worn Chanel shoes . . . "
