But judging from her walking skills on the Jersey Shore spin-off, Snooki & JWoww, she may still be unable to pass a DUI test in high heels. While recently strolling the Shore in her ubiquitous platform heels, she took a majorly scary tumble in full view of photographers.

The Snooki & JWoww star has taken other well-publicized tumbles when she and her Jersey Shore costars were partying hearty, way back in her pre-baby days.

Now, the reality stars are back in Seaside Heights, filming Season 6 (how time flies) of Shore. But Snooki was walking alone when the tumble took place.

"She's fine. She slipped. I don't know if it was the shoe that was the issue or something on the sidewalk like a bump or something that she tripped over," a source told People."Sad thing was that the paparazzi all kept snapping their photos and no one went to help her. That's kind of sleazy. If you see any pregnant woman fall you should help them."

Oh, that's right. Blame the paps. 

May we suggest sensible flats for the pregnant reality star? No such luck. According to the unknown source, "She's feeling good and she loves her footwear. Jessica Simpson wore heels almost to the end.”
