'Fashion Star' Jessica Simpson Tells Jimmy Kimmel: 'I Have a Lot of Amniotic Fluid' (Video)

During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel‘s talk show Monday night, Simpson, 31, spoke candidly about her ever-expanding belly. "Apparently I have a LOT of amniotic fluid!" declared the mentor of NBC's new retail-reality series Fashion Star, adding: "So whenever my water breaks it will be like a fire hydrant!"

In another burst of TMI, Simpson confessed: "I feel like I have a bowling ball sitting on my hoo-haw."

Simpson was equally frank about meeting fiancé Eric Johnson, her beau of nearly two years.

"Eric feels like my husband already, we are just doing it a little bit backwards," she said. "We met at my house - he just came with one of my friends to my house. We were watching March Madness or something. He came over and we sat on my stairwell and talked and I just haven't let him leave!"

Simpson's interview aired a day after her "Charlotte's Web"-themed baby shower.
