Jessica Simpson will come off the Weight Watcher diet because of her just-announced second pregnancy.

But she still will appear as the company’s spokeswoman, a gig for which she was paid a reported $3 million.

“There have been no changes to our business agreement with Jessica,” a representative for Weight Watchers told ABC News. “Jessica’s successful weight loss prior to becoming pregnant will be featured in Weight Watchers’ new ‘Expect Amazing’ advertising campaign, including a spot with her sharing the happy news.”

On Christmas Day, the 32-year-old pop star-turned-fashion designer tweeted a photo of baby Maxwell sitting in front of a hand-drawn sign saying, ”Big Sis.” The official 30-second ad in which Simpson announced her second pregnancy was posted Dec. 26 on YouTube. It was shot at the same time as the “Expect Amazing” commercial, where she shows off her 50-pound weight loss.

The Weight Watchers rep also said Simpson “will not be following the program during the pregnancy while her weight and well-being are monitored by her obstetrician, as is recommended for any woman during pregnancy. After she gives birth, Jessica and her doctor will decide when she may resume following the Weight Watchers program.”

Simpson posed nude while pregnant with her first daughter on the cover of April’s Elle, cradling her baby bump a la Demi Moore and tipping the scales at a reported 170 pounds. Simpson signed her Weight Watchers celebrity spokeswoman contract in May, the same month she gave birth to daughter Maxwell Drew Johnson

Can we expect another nude pregnancy magazine cover? And another baby pictures spread? And more Weight Watchers ads after the second baby is born? You betcha.
