Jimmy Choo Founder Tamara Mellon and Mike Ovitz Cavort in St. Barts

To the victor belongs the spoils, it seems. Tamara (pronounced Ta-MAR-Ah) Mellon is the former American-raised Vogue accessory editor who 15 years ago elevated Jimmy Choo into an international luxury brand that now rivals Manolo Blahnik and Christian Louboutin.

After selling the high-class brand in 2011 for a reported $135 million, Mellon has both time and money on her hands. She's been spotted back in her old stomping grounds, St. Barts, but this time cavorting on Mike Ovitz's luxury yacht. You may recall that Ovitz is the former talent agent and president of the Walt Disney Company.

Ovits, 65, the most powerful man in Hollywood when he ran CAA, is all over Tamara Mellon, 44. The pair has been spending time at his Big Apple apartment, his Brentwood house, and his yacht in the Caribbean. “I don’t know how they’ve been able to keep it secret,” said The Daily's source.

Ovitz split two years ago from wife Judy, who had been together since 1969 and have three grown children. Tamara has a 9-year-old daughter named Minty, from her marriage to banking heir Matthew Mellon, 45, now the New York Republican Party Finance head.

Both Ovitz and Tamara are nothing if not deeply litigious. Tamara battled her own mother in court. “They are two of the most ruthless people ever when it comes to business, so they are perfect for each other,” according to the Daily's source.

Ovitz told The Daily: “Tamara and I are great friends. Period.”

In the past, Mellon has reportedly dated Girls Gone Wild controversial empresario Joe Francis, rocker Kid Rock, suave actor George Clooney and Christian Slater, whom she split up with in 2009 after a 2-year relationship. Clearly, she has bigger fish to fry now.

Mellon is apparently quite fond of St. Barts, having spent Christmas 2009 there with her bestie, designer Marc Jacobs and his then-boyfriend Lorenzo Martone. Oh, and that leopard print string bikini she's wearing in the new photos? She wore the same swimwear when she was photographed taking a dip in the ocean off of St. Barts in January 2012, again with Jacobs and super stylist Rachel Zoe, Zoe's husand Rodger Berman and their baby boy Skyler.
