Holmes is certainly taking the fashion and beauty world by storm. She presented Carolina Herrera with Designer of the Year Award last night at the 9th Annual Style Awards in NYC. Holmes, Brown and Lauder execs have not released any details of Holmes’ contract. WWD has estimated the actress is being paid between $2 million and $3 million for a multiyear deal.
Holmes and Brown are both dark haired midwestern mothers who prefer a natural look. Brown tells WWD: “We had tea in the afternoon and we bonded, And then it was, ‘Oh, my God, you would be the perfect face for Bobbi.’ We weren’t looking for a celebrity, just a cool, amazing woman who would fit with our brand. And she’s just ridiculously naturally beautiful.”

Brown will do the makeup for Holmes & Yang presentation next week.
However, it will not be a full-fledged fashion show, According to Holmes, "We felt a presentation was more appropriate for the clothes we sell. It’s a little more our speed in the way we wanted to go about it, and more of a transition for us from meeting privately with buyers in a hotel room to going right to a big show.”
Holmes has certainly proven she doesn't need any alimony from her ex-husband Tom Cruise.
