Lana Del Rey, Michelle Williams Mingle With 'Downton Abbey' Actors at London Fashion Show
British fashion house Mulberry premiered a bag named after Del Rey and hosted a private dinner attended by the singer, Williams and Elizabeth Olsen among others.

It was definitely Downton Abbey's upstairs crowd that turned up at the Mulberry Fall 2012 Fashion show in London this weekend. The acclaimed PBS series' stars Laura Carmichael (Lady Edith Crawley) and Michelle Dockery (Lady Mary Crawley) sat in the front row with Oscar-nominated My Week with Marilyn star Michelle Williams, who was wearing a navy blazer and studded pumps from the Mulberry Spring/Summer collection.
War Horse star Tom Hiddleston was also front row material, as was fashionista Olivia Palermo, actress Elizabeth Olsen and the hot new U.S. singer Lana Del Rey.

Del Ray is the inspiration for the new white Ostrich leather Mulberry bag, appropriately named the Del Rey. Following the announcement that the bag will be available starting in May, the Mulberry official Twitter account posted this weekend: "We are super excited to announce our latest bag, the Del Rey, inspired by US songstress @LanaDelRey #TheDelRey."
Mulberry's latest collection was inspired by Maurice Sendak's children's book Where the Wild Things Are. Models wore gobs and gobs of fur which adorned full-length coats, gilets and skirts.

The fashion house also held a private dinner afterwards. Williams, Del Ray and Olsen (who flew over just for London Fashion Week) all wore similar black leather and lace Mulberry dresses from the new Fall collection.
Meanwhile, the food sounds like it was prepared by the Downton Abbey downstairs kitchen staff.

After dinner, guests watched as Lana performed five songs with just piano and guitar as backup. Despite notoriety from her controversial Saturday Night Live performance, Del Rey's popularity certainly seems undiminished. She graces the cover of British Vogue this month.
BV editor Alexandra Shulman writes in that issue: "I am many of the thousands of people enraptured by the throaty, seductive voice of Lana Del Rey. Once I had seen Lana play at a small event in London, I was convinced that she would be a great Vogue cover girl, even though she is probably one of the newest stars in her field that the magazine has ever had on the cover."
