Mila Kunis Has a Paparazzi Fashion Flashback in First Dior Handbag Ad
The star of the upcoming "Oz: The Great and Powerful" will wear new Dior designer Raf Simons couture and ready-to-wear during the 2013 awards season.
Mila Kunis looks right at home surrounded by a pack of paparazzi in the Autumn 2012 campaign for Miss Dior handbags.
According to the company line, the advertising creative folks at the label wanted to depict their new brand ambassador as "the kind of woman accustomed to attention from throngs of paparazzi.”
This isn't much of a stretch for the actress since Kunis – who had a critically hailed supporting role in Darren Aronfsky’s dance world thriller Black Swan – and has already become a red carpet "Fashion It Girl."
Kunis appeared at the March Dior Paris fashion show wearing a pretty and demure beige lace dress. At the time, the self-described "jeans and T-shirt" girl admitted “I'm honestly just learning about fashion... In my daily life, I don’t wear the most feminine pieces. But I love to feel feminine when I’m on the red carpet.”

Kunis joins the ranks of Sharon Stone, Marion Cotillard and her Swan costar Natalie Portman as a Dior face. Her first Dior campaign will launch in the August issue of Elle Hong Kong and will appear in international fashion magazines in the all-important September issues.
Being an ambassador for the couture house will naturally mean that Kunis will have increased access to a lot of Dior dresses during the upcoming 2013 awards season. And she will no doubt wear some of Dior’s new designer, Raf Simon’s fresh and intriguing takes on the classic Dior silhouettes and styles. Tough work, these well-paying brand ambassadorships.

Simons first Dior couture collection was very well received by critics and he’s due to show his Spring 2013 ready-to-wear collection in Paris in September. But couture is always preferred attire for big Hollywood red carpet walks. Check out his couture runway highlights here.
