The Twilight and Snow White and the Huntsman star managed to hobble out on the red carpet and pose prettily in her Reem Acra pale ball gown, worn with Jimmy Choo heels (er, heel) and Fred Leighton jewels.

She seems to have chosen a far more conservative Oscar design by Acra, whose sheer, revealing lace gown and black lace pantsuit she sported to the final Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn -- Part 2 premieres in Los Angeles and London, respectively.

She even cracked a shocking smile in his blushing pink gown with pleated tulle inserts and translucent details. Sweetly, Jennifer Lawrence -- the Hunger Games star who went on to win best actress Sunday for Silver Linings Playbook -- was seen helping Stewart on the red carpet.

The young actresses, who met at last year's Toronto International Film Festival, bonded over the tabloid headlines about their private lives and are said to be good friends.

And as far as the cause of Stewart’s limp, the Associated Press described it as an “unexplained injury.”
