The first lady wore one of her favorite designers to announce the Oscar win of Ben Affleck's political film.
First lady Michelle Obama was a surprise guest at Sunday's Oscars, announcing Ben Affleck and George Clooney's Argo best picture win.

Obama didn't present the award from L.A., but rather from the Governors Dinner in the State Dining Room of the White House tonight -- where she sat next to New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and listened as her husband spoke. She presented the final Oscar of the night via satellite.
But we're willing to bet that had she been at the Dolby, her custom art deco beaded Naeem Khan would definitely have been a hit on the red carpet.
