Pippa Middleton Wears Four British Designers for Her London Book Launch
Kate Middleton's sister follows in the Duchess of Cambridge's fashion footsteps for the London launch of her book, "Celebrate."
Royal sister-in-law Pippa Middleton made four fashionable appearances -- all wearing British and London-based designers -- on Thursday (Oct 25) to promote her new party book Celebrate.
For her first appearance at Foyle's bookshop in London, Pippa wore a multi-color patchwork dress by Paper London. Heading to the Fulham bookstore, she changed into one of her sister Kate Middleton’s fave designers, Roksanda Ilinicic – a plum colored sheath with a cowl neck and pleated short sleeves.
Next up was a sparkling green and black Markus Lupfer sheath for a children's Halloween party. Finally, she wore a Stella McCartney tblack and grey dress.

According to a study by the United Kingdon’s Women in Journalism organization, Pippa is the second-most-popular woman in British newspapers, behind her sister, the Duchess of Cambridge.
In Pippa's book -- billed as an advice tome on how to entertain in true British style -- excerpted in Parade, Middleton dispenses UK-style Halloween party tips.

She recalls: “As a child, I felt that Halloween was a time when creatures of the night suddenly came to life—we would turn off all the lights in the house and let flickering candlelight conjure up scary shadows and imaginary figures lurking in dark corners.
All of which sounds like a terribly British -- but not very American -- way to celebrate the wild and spooky holiday. We're betting tea is also involved.

Among her other Halloween party suggestions: “Stir witchy cauldrons of pumpkin soup; hang homemade spiders inside window nooks; string cobwebs on tables; and haunt gardens, attics, and stairways with ghosts made from sheets.”
But your celebration doesn’t have to break the royal bank. According to Middleton: “Just a simply carved pumpkin lit up among glimmering candles will go a long way to producing the right atmosphere."
Wow. We would never have thought of that.
