'Project Runway' Sneak Peek: Designers Face Another Unconventional Challenge (Exclusive Videos)
In two clips exclusive to THR, the designers face the task of using duct tape to create their designs, one of which starts looking like a "baked potato."
It's unconventional-challenge time -- again!
In this week's episode of Project Runway, the designers are tasked with creating garments out of duct tape. The assignment follows on the heels of a previous unconventional task a few weeks ago in which the teams were required to use a mix of materials found at a flower shop and hardware store to create their designs.

While the unconventional challenges tend to be fan favorites, typically they aren't quite as welcome among the designers because of the difficulty in working with the required materials.
"There I am taping, taping a dress, a prom dress," designer Daniel Esquivel says in one of two clips from this week's episode that are exclusive to The Hollywood Reporter. "It's a tricky thing to work with. It's not easy, and I swear in my head I think it's looking good. Hmm. No, it's not. It looks like a baked potato, and that's not going to work."
Project Runway airs at 9 p.m. Thursdays on Lifetime.
