A very pregnant Shakira has tweeted a new pregnancy photo, this time a very provocative yet professional shot of herself and soccer-stud hubby Gerard Pique.

But the photo shows off her big baby bump and follows in the footsteps of tried-and-true, attention-getting poses put forth by Demi Moore in 1991 and such pregnant stars over the past two decades as Britney Spears, Jessica Simpson, Eva Herzigova, Christina Aguilera, Cindy Crawford, Claudia Schiffer and Mariah Carey.

Shakira is not nude; instead, she wears a bikini top and  low skirt. But her baby daddy Pique is bare-chested in the black-and-white photo, adding a frisson of intimacy.

Her first baby-on-board photo was tweeted in November and featured her in a belly-baring red T-shirt, laying in Pique's arms.

She also used Twitter to initially confirm their relationship back in March 2011, posting a photo of the two of them with a caption: "I present to you my sunshine."

The couple is building a home in Barcelona that they're aiming to complete in time for the baby’s birth (i.e., pretty soon).

The Colombia-born singer and and Pique met in 2010 when he appeared in the music video for her Soccer World Cup song, "Waka Waka (This Time for Africa)."
