Style Notes: Lady Gaga's Fancy Wheelchair; Saint Laurent Does Something Right
Four entertaining style stories to read right now.
Lady Gaga plans to recover from hip surgery in style. The pop singer will rest on a 24-karat-gold-plated chair with a black leather cushioned seat designed by Ken Borochov of the luxury jewelry brand Mordekai. The designer has previously made a wearable cage, crown and set of armor nails for the Mother Monster, which has become Gaga's signature Claw. (NYMag)
In addition to acting and leading her online lifestyle publication Goop, Iron Man 3's Gwyneth Paltrow is once again joining the beauty industry by launching her second nail polish collaboration with non-toxic nail brand Butter London. The collection features three sets in different palettes of nudes, pastels and jewel-tones. Prices range from $28 to $40. (Refinery29)

Critics may have panned Saint Laurent's latest punk-flavored collection, but the folks at Wallpaper have bestowed their "Best Rebranding" award to the Paris-based label, who dropped the "Y" off its 'SL" and created sleek, black packaging with a modern, block-printed logo when designer Hedi Slimane came to town. As Diet Coke's new creative director, Marc Jacobs has found a muse for the brand's new campaign. Model Ginta Lapina is featured on three limited edition cans with the fashion designer that celebrate styles from the '80s and '90s. (Fashion Gone Rogue)
