In her acceptance speech, the former Spice Girl thanked her soccer-playing husband David Beckham and their four kids, Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper for her success.
"Without David I wouldn’t have had the courage to do what I am doing," she told the Daily Mail backstage.
Stella McCartney won the Red Carpet award for dressing the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Aniston and Kate Hudson, who presented McCartney with her prize and shared a story about how she made every worst-dressed list out there in 2001 after the designer dressed her for the Oscars, reports Style.com.
