Weekend Agenda: Get Emma Stone's Skin
Joanna Vargas, facialist to Emma Stone and Rachel Weisz, is giving skin consultations at Space NK inside Bloomingdale's Century City this weekend.
Impressed with the unearthly glowing skin of Michelle Williams, Emma Stone, Rachel Weisz, Sofia Coppola and supermodel Karlie Kloss? Yeah, so are a lot of people. That’s why their go-to facialist — New York-based skin guru, Joanna Vargas — is doing a personal appearance at Space NK's Bloomingdale's Century City location in Los Angeles this weekend.
Vargas, who has a salon in midtown Manhattan, is known within her celeb and fashion industry circle for her Triple Crown facial, which uses micro currents and collagen to help de-puff and sculpt cheekbones and jawlines. She frequents L.A during awards season, giving her A-list clientele the signature facial as well as LED light treatments in order to plump up their skin to look dewy and youthful for those unforgiving red carpet flash bulbs.
"I think more and more of my actor clients find L.A. to be a great retreat from the madness of life and the hustle of NYC." Vargas tells THR.
She has yet to open a salon on the west coast, but that doesn’t mean there’s a shortage in the demand for her services. This weekend, Vargas is spreading her love to the masses, performing her Triple Crown Facial on those who buy any of her products at Space NK ($65 - $95).
You may not walk away with Emma Stone's sense of humor or Spiderman boyfriend, but at least you'll have cleaner pores.
Saturday April 27th 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.; Sunday, April 28 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at Space NK at Bloomingdale's Century City. Call 310-772-7160 to book an appointment.
