The pint-sized fairy soared to household recognition in Disney's 1953 version of Peter Pan and continues to have her likeness emblazoned on products to this day. In Steven Spielberg's 1991 adaptation, Hook, Tinker Bell is played by the beautiful Julia Roberts.
