Who were the biggest fashion risk-takers of 2011? There's the usual cast of fashionably flamboyant characters -- Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Katy Perry, and Nicki Minaj -- all vying to be the most cutting-edge style presence of the year. But there are also some surprising fresh faces on our risk list, women who pushed the style envelopes and rattled some fashion critics' cages with their unusual red carpet and awards show appearances.
