BRIT Awards 2012 Red Carpet: Adele, Rihanna, Florence Welch Sizzle

One week after the Grammy Awards rocked Hollywood, the music industry invades London for the annual BRIT Awards on Tuesday, Feb. 21. Among the ladies lighting up the red carpet outside the famed O2 arena were Adele, Jessie J, Kylie Minogue and Rihanna.
