They certainly don’t rise to the level of the BP oil spill or the Democrats’ handling of the mid-term election, but Hollywood had its share of well-publicized blunders in 2010 and 2011. From Christina Aguilera's "Star Spangled Banner" flub to Charlie Sheen's "tigerblood" tirade, the biggest mistakes made in Hollywood will be remembered long after their Twitter trend has died down.
